Reiki Level 1 - Certified course
The course follows the original teachings of reiki, providing a thorough grounding in the traditional system from which you can build your own practice for daily life.
The course length and structure are designed to give you the best possible start to your reiki journey.
This two-day course includes:

The history of Reiki
The system of Reiki- explanation and practical application of the five elements of Reiki Usui Ryoho:
The Reiki precepts
Reiki preparation techniques
Level 1 Reiki meditations
Hands on healing for self and others
Reiju empowerments
The cleansing process
Progression to level 2
In addition to the two days, students also get a group check in and 1-1 follow up to help support your onward progression.

Our bodies and minds can heal in different ways, the sessions could cause a need to alter any medications you are taking. This should only be done under the guidance of my GP/Consultant.
The sessions could complement/help/relieve any ailments that you are experiencing, but they do not replace the need to see a licenced physician /doctor for any physical or physiological ailments that you have.
For virtual sessions, it is the client’s responsibility to provide suitable place where you can be relaxed and comfortable and to provide enough bandwidth for the virtual session to take place.
